Pipe connection

1. Clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket meticulously before applying any adhesive, ensuring optimal results.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for seamless alignment.
3. Apply the adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and then the pipe, ensuring thorough and appropriate coverage.
4. Perfect the alignment, insert the pipe into the marked area in one swift motion, and twist 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket with care to maintain a professional finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface has fully cured, securing a long-lasting connection.
★ Adhere to these essential guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Ensure adhesives and cleaning agents are utilized as needed, restricting use to trained operators only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding points and ensure adequate ventilation to guarantee safety.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of accidental eye contact with adhesive, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine pipe length based on precise measurements and each connection's dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts. Ensure a flat, deformation-free section. File the socket area into a 15°-30° groove, maintaining a length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris post-grooving for a perfect fit.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, cleanse extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth moistened with acetone or similar detergents. Allow the joint to cure based on adhesive properties and weather conditions, extending curing time during winter.
