Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover for a secure fit.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters meet the technical requirements of the specific hot melt machine being used.
★ Upon reaching the desired heating time, swiftly remove and join the pipe and fittings without rotation to the marked depth, ensuring a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Apply the pipe joint cover post-welding for added security.
