Pipe connection

1. Prior to bonding, meticulously clean the pipe socket and pipe fitting socket to ensure a perfect, debris-free surface.
2. Accurately measure the socket's depth and mark the pipe port for precise alignment during installation.
3. Apply adhesive carefully, starting with the socket and then the pipe, ensuring an even and appropriate coating for a strong bond.
4. Align correctly, then insert the pipe into the marked position in a single motion, rotating it by 1/4 turn to secure the fit.
5. Thoroughly clean any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a neat and professional finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured, ensuring optimal strength and durability.
★ Adhere to these essential guidelines to ensure the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously, restricting access to trained operators only to maintain safety.
2. Ensure the bonding area is free from open flames and well-ventilated, reducing fire risks during application.
3. Avoid construction at temperatures below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves, and if adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse abundantly with water and seek medical attention promptly.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine pipe lengths meticulously based on precise measurements and the dimensions of each connected fitting. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for a clean cut. Ensure no deformation occurs at the section, and file the socket to a 15°-30° groove. The groove should be at least 3mm long and 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall's thickness. Remove debris post-grooving for a clean fit.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, cleanse extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a small amount of detergent like acetone. Let the joint sit until it is cured based on adhesive performance and climate conditions. Extend curing time in winter for best results.
