Features

★ Heat preservation and energy saving: With a thermal conductivity of just 0.24W/m.k, our pipes offer minimal heat loss, significantly lower than that of metal pipes.
★ Lightweight and high specific strength: Our pipes boast a specific gravity of about one-eighth that of steel pipes, paired with high pressure test strength, excellent toughness, and superior impact resistance.
★ Smooth inner and outer walls: The product’s smooth surface ensures minimal flow resistance, resulting in lower energy consumption for fluid conveyance.
★ High heat resistance: Suitable for long-term use at a working temperature of 70ºC, and can withstand up to 95ºC for short-term applications.
★ Corrosion-resistant and non-scaling: Effectively prevents fouling and clogging of pipes, as well as yellow spot rust in water basins and bathtubs.

Product Application Range
★ Hot and cold water pipe systems.
★ Heating systems, including floor and wall heating, and radiant heating systems.
★ Pure water piping systems.
★ Central (centralized) air conditioning systems.
Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the pipe and fitting end faces, then thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters meet the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings and insert them straight into the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Apply the pipe joint cover after welding.
★ Achieve a perfect match as pipes and fittings completely melt into one cohesive unit.
