★ Main Pipeline Connection Methods:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, use hot melt socket or electrofusion connections;
2. For pipes with dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are advisable for optimal performance;
3. To connect with metal pipes and accessories, flange or transition pipe connections are recommended.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe surfaces to be connected and marking the necessary insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's outer surface to prepare for a secure connection.
3. Fit the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring both are aligned and straight.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding until a small amount of melt emerges from the observation hole.
5. Allow the weld to cool, signifying the completion of the electrical fusion process.
