Pipe connection
★ Ensure seamless pipe socket connections by adhering strictly to these precise procedures:
1.Before bonding, ensure the pipe socket and fittings are thoroughly cleaned.
2. Accurately measure and mark the socket depth at the pipe's port.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket, then the pipe fitting socket.
4.Align carefully, insert to the marked point in one motion, then rotate a quarter turn.
5.Clean any excess adhesive from the socket carefully.
6.Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safety recommendations when using adhesives:
1.Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously; restrict usage to trained operators only.
2.Avoid open flames at the bonding site and ensure ample ventilation.
3.Refrain from construction below -10ºC, and do not apply direct heat to adhesive points.
4.Equip personnel with gloves. In case of adhesive contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length precisely based on measurements and fitting dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe machines for an even cut. Ensure no deformation at the section. Prepare a 15°-30° groove on the socket part with a medium board file, ensuring groove depth is between 1/3 and 1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Clear away all debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, clean excess adhesive with cotton or a dry cloth lightly moistened with a solvent like acetone. Observe curing times based on adhesive performance and weather conditions, extending curing during winter.
