Pipe Connection
★ Main Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, use either hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection for optimal results.
2. For dn≥75, it is recommended to adopt hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection for enhanced reliability.
3. Connections with metal pipes and other pipeline accessories can utilize flange or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection Process
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe to be connected and mark the insertion depth precisely.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's surface to prepare it.
3. Securely sleeve the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment on the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, ensuring a small amount of melt is visible from the observation hole.
5. Allow to cool, completing the electric melting process with precision.
