Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end post-piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings, and thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the relevant hot melt machine.
★ After the designated heating time, swiftly remove and insert the pipes and fittings simultaneously without rotation, achieving a uniform joint flange.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover post-welding.
