Product Application Range
★ Hot and cold water pipe systems.

Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat both the pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, remove both pipe and fittings simultaneously and insert them straight to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Apply the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Achieve a perfect match as pipes and fittings melt into a single, cohesive unit.
