Pipe connection
★The primary methods for connecting the pipeline include:
1. For dn≤63, employ either hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection techniques;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection methods are recommended;
3. When linking with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, use flange connection or transition pipe connection for optimal results.
★Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning the pipe of any dirt and marking the insertion depth to ensure precision.
2. Carefully scrape the epidermis of the pipe.
3. Position the electrofusion pipe fittings over the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned coaxially.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding, verifying that a small amount of melt is expelled from the observation hole.
5. Allow the assembly to cool, completing the electrofusion process, sealing a robust connection.
