Pipe Connection
★ Ensure the highest standards by following these stringent pipe socket connection procedures:
1. Clean the pipe socket and fitting socket thoroughly before bonding.
2. Measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive - coat the socket first, followed by the pipe socket, ensuring an even and appropriate layer.
4. Align the direction, insert to the marking part in one go, then rotate 1/4 turn.
5. Wipe off any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed; non-operators should avoid handling them.
2. Ensure no open flame is present at the bonding site and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC; never use fire to bake the adhesive points.
4. Wear protective gloves. If adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the length of the saw pipe layer-by-layer based on exact measurements and dimensions of each connected fitting. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for sawing. Ensure the fracture is flat and the section is free from deformation. File the socket part into a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file, ensuring a groove length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris post-groove completion.
Socket Protection:
After connecting the socket, clean the extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a small amount of detergent like acetone. Allow it to remain static until the interface cures as per adhesive performance and climatic conditions. Extend curing time appropriately during winter construction.
