Pipe connection
★ Adhere strictly to the procedures below for flawless pipe socket connections:
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning both the pipe socket and fitting socket before bonding.
2. Carefully measure socket depth and mark it on the pipe for precision.
3. Methodically apply adhesive, painting the socket first, then the fitting, ensuring uniform and adequate coverage.
4. Align precisely, insert into the marked position in one swift move, and then rotate a quarter turn for a secure fit.
5. Thoroughly wipe any adhesive residue from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the joint is fully cured, ensuring optimal strength.
★ Ensure adhesive safety by observing these crucial guidelines:
1. Use adhesives and cleaners judiciously, restricting access to non-operators for safety.
2. Maintain a flame-free bonding area with excellent ventilation for safety.
3. Avoid constructing below -10ºC and never use fire to bake adhesive points.
4. Equip workers with gloves; in case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Accurately determine saw pipe length based on measurements and pipe fitting dimensions. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines, ensuring flat, deformation-free cuts. File the glue socket into a 15°-30° groove, maintaining a length not less than 3mm and a thickness ratio of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clear debris after grooving for a pristine finish.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean off excess adhesive with a cotton yarn or dry cloth dipped in a mild detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure based on adhesive properties and climate, extending the curing time suitably for winter conditions.
