Pipe Connection
★After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end.
★Clean both the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings slated for connection. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the relevant hot melt machine.
★Upon reaching the designated heating time, simultaneously remove and insert the pipe and fittings in a straight line without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★Weld the pipe joint cover post-assembly.
★Achieve a flawless match as pipes and fittings melt into a unified body.
