Efficient Pipe Connection Instructions
★Post-piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe’s insertion end for precise alignment.
★Thoroughly clean the connecting ends of pipes and fittings before threading the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings intended for connection. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical specs of the hot melt machine.
★Once heated, quickly and simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings, inserting straight without rotation to the marked depth to create a uniform flange at the joint.
★Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding for additional protection.
