Pipe connection
★ The pipeline can be connected through the following primary methods:
1. For dn ≤ 63, employ hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection for secure fitting.
2. For dn ≥ 75, it is recommended to use hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection for robust assembly.
3. When connecting with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, flange connection or transition pipe connection is advisable.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning any dirt from the pipe that is to be connected and mark the insertion depth meticulously.
2. Carefully scrape the pipe's outer layer to prepare for a flawless connection.
3. Fit the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned along the same axis.
4. Proceed with the electrical welding, observing for slight melting to be ejected from the observation hole.
5. Allow the joint to cool, completing the electric melting process.
