Pipe connection
★ Ensure secure pipe connections by meticulously following these crucial procedures:
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning both the pipe socket and fitting socket before bonding.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply adhesive carefully: start with the socket, then the socket, ensuring an even and adequate coating.
4. Properly align and insert into the marking part in one swift motion, rotating 1/4 turn for secure bonding.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is cured, ensuring stability and durability.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines for the secure use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed; restrict use to trained operators only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment with excellent ventilation at the bonding site.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, refraining from using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. If adhesive enters the eyes, rinse with copious water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length per measured dimensions and connected fittings. Utilize fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precise cuts. Ensure flat fractures with no section deformation. For bonding, file a 15°-30° groove, with lengths no less than 3mm and thickness between 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clean debris post-grooving for optimal results.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, cleanse extruded adhesive with cotton or a dry cloth dipped in mild detergents like acetone. Allow to stand until cured, considering adhesive performance and climate. Extend curing time during winter for best results.
