Product application range

Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings thoroughly, and thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters align with the technical requirements of the hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the specified heating time, simultaneously remove the pipe and fittings, and insert them straight without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, promptly place the pipe joint cover.
★ Ensure the pipes and fittings are completely melted into one cohesive unit, achieving a truly perfect match.
