Pipe Connection
★ Follow these precise steps for pipe socket connection:
1. Ensure pipe socket and fitting socket are clean before bonding.
2. Measure socket depth and mark the pipe port accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive evenly: coat the socket first, then the pipe.
4. Align and insert into marked position in one go, then rotate a 1/4 turn.
5. Wipe off any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents as needed; restrict use to trained operators.
2. Ensure no open flames are present and maintain good ventilation at the bonding site.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and do not use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Construction personnel must wear gloves. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the length of the saw pipe based on measured dimensions and connected fittings. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines. Ensure the cut is flat without deforming the section. File a 15°-30° groove at the socket end for adhesion. Groove length should be at least 3mm, with a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clean debris after grooving.
Socket Protection:
After socket connection, clean excess adhesive with cotton yarn or a cloth dipped in a mild detergent like acetone. Let it stand until the adhesive cures, considering the performance and climate conditions. Extend curing time during winter construction.
