Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe end before insertion.
★ Ensure a clean connection by thoroughly cleaning pipe and fitting end faces. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Adjust heating parameters to meet the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Once the heating time is reached, swiftly remove the pipe and fittings and insert them linearly without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Affix the pipe joint cover after welding.
★ Achieve a flawless fit as the pipes and fittings are entirely fused into a single, cohesive unit.
