Pipe connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe's insertion end.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure that the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the designated heating time, promptly remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously, and insert them in a straight line to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ The pipes and fittings fuse seamlessly, achieving an impeccable match.
