Pipe Connection
★ Ensure an effective pipe socket connection by strictly adhering to the following meticulous procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket before commencing the bonding process.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port to ensure precise alignment.
3. Apply the adhesive carefully, starting with the socket followed by the pipe socket, ensuring even and appropriate coverage.
4. Align carefully, insert into the marked section, and rotate 1/4 turn for optimal bonding.
5. Clean any adhesive residue in the socket for a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface has fully cured, ensuring a secure connection.
★ To ensure the safe use of adhesives, please adhere to the following important guidelines:
1. Only use adhesives and cleaning agents as necessary, ensuring non-operators do not handle them.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment with good ventilation at the bonding site to ensure safety.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to heat the adhesive point.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, flush with water immediately and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the saw pipe length by precise measurements and the dimensions of each connected fitting. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts. The fracture should be smooth and without deformation. File the socket part into a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file, ensuring a groove length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clear any debris post-grooving.
Socket Protection:
After socket connection, clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a touch of detergent like acetone. Allow static curing based on adhesive performance and climate conditions, extending time in winter for optimal results.
