Pipe connection
★ The primary connection methods for our pipeline system include:
1. For dn≤63, choose between hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection to ensure a secure fit;
2. For dn≥75, we recommend employing either hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection for optimal performance;
3. For connecting with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, utilize flange connections or transition pipe connections to maintain integrity.
★ Electrofusion connection steps
1. Begin by cleaning any dirt from the pipes intended for connection and mark the insertion depth meticulously.
2. Carefully scrape the outer layer to prepare the surface for a secure connection.
3. Slide the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring that the pipe remains straight and aligned on the same axis for precision.
4. Proceed with the electric welding process, checking for a slight melt to emerge from the hole as an indicator of successful fusion.
5. Allow adequate cooling time to complete the electric melting process, ensuring a robust and reliable connection.
