Pipe Connection
★ Follow strict procedures for pipe socket connections to ensure optimal results:
1. Before bonding, thoroughly clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and clearly mark the pipe port for precision.
3. Apply adhesive by thoroughly painting the socket first, then the pipe, ensuring a uniform and appropriate coating.
4. Align and insert the pipe in one motion to the marked point, rotating by 1/4 turn for secure bonding.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket carefully.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until its interface is fully cured for maximum strength.
★ Adhere to the following for safe adhesive use:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously and restrict access to trained personnel.
2. Maintain good ventilation at bonding sites and eliminate any open flames.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and refrain from using fire for bonding point curing.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves; if adhesive contacts eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the length of the saw pipe by layering based on precise measurements and each connected fitting's dimensions. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe-cutting machines for clean cuts with no deformations. File the socket section into a 15°-30° groove, maintaining a length of at least 3mm and a thickness of 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove debris post-grooving for a clean finish.
Socket Protection:
Post-connection, cleanse excess adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth lightly dipped in acetone or similar detergents. Let the joint cure static, considering adhesive performance and weather conditions. Extend curing time during winter for optimal results.
