Pipe connection
★ The primary methods for pipeline connections are outlined as follows:
1. For dn≤63, opt for either hot melt socket connections or electrofusion connections;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connections or electrofusion connections are recommended;
3. Connections with metal pipes and accessories can utilize flange connections or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning any dirt from the pipes to be connected, followed by marking the required insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape away the pipe's epidermis to prepare for a secure connection.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and properly aligned.
4. Proceed to weld, observing for a slight melt extrusion as an indicator of correct bonding.
5. Allow for cooling, completing the successful electrofusion process.
