Pipe connection

1. Always begin by thoroughly cleaning the pipe socket and fitting socket before proceeding with bonding.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark it on the pipe port to ensure precise alignment.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly; start with the socket, then move to the fitting socket, ensuring a consistent coating.
4. Align with care, insert to the marking in one smooth motion, and twist 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Carefully remove any excess adhesive from the socket to maintain a clean, professional finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to remain standing until the interface has fully cured, ensuring robust and reliable connections.
★ Adhere to these crucial guidelines for safe adhesive use:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously, restricting access to trained operators only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at bonding sites with adequate ventilation to ensure safety.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC and never use open flames to accelerate adhesive curing.
4. Equip workers with protective gloves, and in case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with water and seek medical assistance if needed.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
For precise construction, determine the saw pipe length layer by layer based on measured dimensions and each connecting fitting's size. Choose fine-tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machinery for clean cuts without deformation. File the socket area into a smooth 15°-30° groove, not less than 3mm, with the thickness being 1/3-1/2 of the pipe's wall thickness. Remove all debris after grooving to ensure a pristine finish.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, cleanse any extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a mild solvent like acetone. Leave the structure static until fully cured based on adhesive properties and climatic conditions. Extend curing time appropriately in colder weather to ensure optimal results.
