Pipe connection
★ After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected. Ensure the heating parameters meet the technical requirements specified for the hot melt machine.
★ After reaching the specified heating time, immediately remove the pipe and fittings simultaneously, and insert them in a straight line without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Put on the pipe joint cover after welding.
★ The pipes and fittings meld together completely, achieving a truly perfect match.
