Product Application Range
Widely applicable in municipal water supply systems, building water supply infrastructures, residential and factory area buried water systems, as well as industrial and water treatment pipeline systems, among others.
Pipe Connection
★ The primary connection methods for the pipeline are as follows:
1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket or electrofusion connections;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended;
3. Connections with metal pipes and accessories can utilize flange connections or transition pipe connections.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Remove any dirt from the pipe to be connected and mark the insertion depth precisely.
2. Carefully scrape the surface skin of the pipe.
3. Position the electrofusion pipe fittings onto the pipe, ensuring the pipe remains straight and aligned on the same axis.
4. Conduct the electrical welding process, observing for a slight melt emission from the designated observation hole.
5. Allow the welded joint to cool, completing the electrofusion process.
