Pipe Connection
★Primary Connection Methods Include:
1. For dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket or electrofusion connection;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended;
3. For metal pipe and accessory connections, use flange or transition pipe connections.
★Electrofusion Connection Methodology:
1. Clean the connecting pipe's surface and clearly mark the insertion depth for accuracy.
2. Carefully remove the surface layer to prepare for fusion.
3. Align the electrofusion fittings precisely on the pipe, ensuring straightness and axial alignment.
4. Proceed with electric welding, ensuring a slight melt is visible for proper observation.
5. Complete the process with a cooling phase, achieving a solid and reliable electric melt connection.
