Pipe connection
★Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping to ensure precision.
★Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, then thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover for a secure fit.
★Heat the pipes and fittings using a hot melt machine. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical requirements for optimal results.
★Upon reaching the heating time, remove the pipes and fittings simultaneously. Insert the pipe straight and evenly to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★After welding, put on the pipe joint cover for added security.
★Achieve a perfect match as the pipes and fittings completely melt into one unified piece.
