Pipe connection
★ Ensure optimal performance with strict adherence to the following socket connection procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe and fitting sockets before applying adhesive.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth, marking the pipe accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, first on the socket, then on the fitting, ensuring a uniform coat.
4. Align and insert precisely into the marked section, rotating a quarter turn for a secure fit.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Let the bonded pipe stand until the interface is fully cured for maximum strength.
★ Safe adhesive usage guidelines ensure reliability and protection:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents only as needed; non-operational personnel should avoid contact.
2. Maintain excellent ventilation and avoid open flames at bonding sites.
3. Do not perform construction at temperatures below -10ºC, and avoid using fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Equip workers with gloves for safety. In case of eye contact with adhesive, flush with water immediately and seek medical treatment.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length from precise measurements, using fine-toothed saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines. Ensure flat, deformation-free cuts. File the socket area into a 15°-30° groove, with a length of no less than 3mm, and a depth of 1/3-1/2 of the wall thickness. Clean away debris after grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, gently clean excess adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a detergent like acetone. Allow the joint to cure fully, considering adhesive properties and weather conditions. Extend curing time during winter for optimal results.
