Features
★Hygienic, non-chemical, and a green building material. The raw material of PP-R is polyolefin, whose molecules are only composed of carbon and hydrogen elements, and its hygienic performance is reliable.
★Convenient and reliable installation: using homogeneous hot-melt connection, a joint connection can be completed in a short time, convenient and time-saving installation.
★Heat preservation and energy saving: the thermal conductivity is 0.24W/m.k, which is only one-twentieth of that of metal pipes. It is used for hot water pipes with very little heat loss.
★Light weight and high specific strength: the specific gravity is about one-eighth of the steel pipe, the pressure test strength is high, the toughness is good, and the impact resistance is good.
★The inner and outer walls of the product are smooth, the flow resistance is small, and the fluid conveying system consumes less energy.
★High heat resistance: the working temperature of the conveying water is 70ºC for long-term normal use, and the high temperature resistance can reach 95ºC for short-term use.
★Corrosion-resistant, non-scaling: It can avoid the fouling and clogging of pipes and the yellow spot rust of water basin and bathtub.
★Long service life: The normal service life can reach more than 50 years.

Pipe connection
★After piping, mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end.
★Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings to be connected. The heating parameters should meet the technical requirements of the relevant hot melt machine.
★After reaching the heating time, immediately remove the pipe and fittings at the same time, and insert the straight line without rotation evenly to the marked depth, so that a uniform flange is formed at the joint.
★ Put on the pipe joint cover after welding.
★The pipes and fittings are completely melted into one body, which is truly perfect match
