Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings. Insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings. Ensure heating parameters meet the technical specifications of the hot melt machine in use.
★ Once the heating time is reached, promptly remove the pipes and fittings simultaneously. Insert them straight to the marked depth without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Attach the pipe joint cover post-welding.
★ Achieve a seamless integration as pipes and fittings melt together into a perfect union.
