Pipe connection
★ Achieve optimal results with pipe socket connections by adhering to the detailed procedures outlined below:
1. Ensure cleanliness by wiping the pipe socket and fitting socket before bonding.
2. Accurately measure and mark the pipe port with the socket depth to ensure precision.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket, then the pipe, ensuring an even and appropriate coating.
4. Precisely align and insert to the marked point in one go, followed by a 1/4 turn rotation for secure bonding.
5. Clean any leftover adhesive from the socket for a neat finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured for optimal strength.
★ To ensure safety, adhere to these important guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaners as needed, restricting access to non-operators to maintain safety.
2. Ensure no open flames are present at the bonding site, and maintain good ventilation to avoid hazards.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and refrain from using fire to heat the adhesive point.
4. Equip personnel with gloves, and if adhesive contacts eyes, flush with water and seek medical attention promptly.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Meticulously determine the saw pipe length layer by layer, using precise measurements of connected fittings. Utilize fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts, ensuring no deformation. Groove the socket part at a 15°-30° angle with a medium board file; groove length should exceed 3mm, with thickness at 1/3-1/2 of the wall thickness. Clear debris after grooving for seamless installation.
Socket protection:
After connecting, carefully clean any extruded adhesive with a cloth lightly moistened with detergent. Allow the joint to stabilize in static conditions until fully cured, adjusting curing time in winter as needed based on adhesive and weather conditions.
