1. For dn≤63, employ hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection for secure jointing.
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended to ensure robust connectivity.
3. For metal pipes and pipeline accessories, opt for flange connection or transition pipe connection for optimal integration.
★ Electrofusion connection
1. Begin by cleaning any dirt from the pipe to be connected, then mark the insertion depth for accuracy.
2. Thoroughly scrape the surface layer to ensure a clean and effective connection.
3. Slide the electrofusion pipe fittings over the pipe, maintaining correct alignment to ensure precision.
4. Proceed with electrical welding; watch for a slight melt to eject from the observation hole for confirmation.
5. Allow for complete cooling to finalize the electric melting process, ensuring a secure and durable connection.
