Pipe Connection
★ Key Connection Methods for Pipelines:
1. For dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection;
2. For dn≥75, hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection is recommended;
3. Connect with metal pipes and pipeline accessories via flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★ Electrofusion Connection Process
1. Clean and prepare the pipe by marking the appropriate insertion depth.
2. Carefully scrape the surface layer of the pipe.
3. Position the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring alignment along the same axis.
4. Proceed with electrical welding, observing for a slight ejection of melt during the process.
5. Allow the assembly to cool, completing the electric melting process.
