Pipe Connection
★ Ensure flawless pipe connections by following these crucial steps:
1. Clean the pipe and fitting sockets thoroughly before applying adhesive.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port for reference.
3. Evenly apply adhesive, starting with the socket and then the fitting, ensuring a uniform and adequate coating.
4. Insert the pipe correctly into the marked area, turning it by 1/4 to ensure a secure fit.
5. Carefully remove any excess adhesive that remains in the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the joint is fully cured for a lasting connection.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Only trained operators should handle adhesives and cleaning agents, keeping them away from unauthorized personnel.
2. Maintain a flame-free and well-ventilated environment at the bonding site to ensure safety.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and never heat the adhesive point with an open flame.
4. Ensure personnel protection by wearing gloves. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with ample water and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
The pipe's length should be precisely determined based on accurate measurements and connections requirements. Use fine-toothed saws or cutting machines for clean cuts. The socket area should be grooved at a 15°-30° angle, with the groove depth constituting 1/3-1/2 of the pipe's thickness. Ensure a debris-free surface post-grooving.
Socket Protection:
Post-socket connection, gently clean any excess adhesive using cotton or a dry cloth with a detergent. Allow the joint to cure statically, considering adhesive performance and climate conditions. Extend curing time for winter installations.
