Pipe connection
★ Mark the socket depth at the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of pipes and fittings, then thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Use a hot melt machine to heat both pipes and fittings. Ensure the heating parameters adhere to the technical specifications of the hot melt machine.
★ Upon reaching the heating time, promptly remove and insert the pipe and fittings together without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Place the pipe joint cover on after welding.
★ Pipes and fittings melt completely into one unit, achieving a flawless match.
