Pipe Connection
★ Mark the socket depth on the pipe insertion end after piping.
★ Clean the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings, then insert the pipe into the pipe joint cover.
★ Employ a hot melt machine to heat the components to the specified parameters for an optimal connection.
★ Once the heating time is reached, promptly remove and connect the pipe and fittings without rotation to the marked depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
★ Secure the pipe joint cover after welding.
★ Achieve a flawless bond as the pipes and fittings melt seamlessly into a single unit.
