Pipe connection
★ Follow these meticulous steps for perfect pipe socket connections:
1. Thoroughly clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket before applying any adhesive.
2. Measure the socket depth and accurately mark the pipe port accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket, then proceed to the socket fitting, ensuring a uniform coat.
4. Align precisely, insert into the marked section in one swift motion, then gently rotate 1/4 turn for secure fit.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket area immediately.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the joint has fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safety regulations for adhesive use:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously. Restrict usage to trained personnel only.
2. Ensure no open flames are present at the bonding site, and maintain ample ventilation.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and never use fire to heat adhesive points.
4. Equip workers with gloves. If adhesive contacts eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length based on precise measurements and fitting dimensions. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for a clean, deformation-free cut. The socket area should be grooved at a 15°-30° angle using a medium file, with a groove length of at least 3mm and thickness 1/3-1/2 of the wall. Clear debris post-grooving.
Socket protection:
Post-socket connection, cleanse excess adhesive using cotton or a dry cloth with a mild detergent like acetone. Allow static curing based on adhesive performance and climate. Extend curing times for winter constructions.
