Pipe Connection
★ Primary Pipeline Connection Methods Include:
1. For pipes with dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket or electrofusion connections for optimal results.
2. For pipes with dn≥75, hot melt butt or electrofusion connections are recommended to ensure secure fittings.
3. For connecting with metal pipes and other pipeline accessories, use flange connections or transition pipe connections for superior compatibility.
★ Electrofusion Connection
1. Clean the pipe's surface to be connected and mark the required insertion depth for accuracy.
2. Scrape the pipe's surface carefully to prepare for a secure fitting.
3. Slide the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring the pipe remains straight and aligned on the same axis for an optimal connection.
4. Execute the electrical welding, observing a slight melt ejecting from the hole, indicating proper welding.
5. Allow the connection to cool, completing the electrofusion process with precision and reliability.
