Pipe connection
★ Adhere to these precise procedures for effective pipe socket connections:
1. Thoroughly clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket before applying any adhesive.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the corresponding pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive uniformly, starting with the socket followed by the pipe, ensuring optimal coverage.
4. Align the components precisely, insert to the marked point, and execute a 1/4 turn rotation.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket area immediately.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the joint is fully cured, ensuring a secure connection.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Only authorized operators should handle adhesives and cleaning solutions, preventing unauthorized access.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site with proper ventilation to ensure safety.
3. Avoid construction activities below -10ºC and refrain from fire baking at adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with protective gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with ample water and seek medical assistance.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
The precision of saw pipe length is determined by exact measurements and the dimensions of connected fittings. Opt for fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for optimal results. Ensure smooth, flat cuts with no deformation. Achieve a 15°-30° groove at the socket, with a minimum length of 3mm and thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall, followed by debris removal for a seamless fit.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, cleanse the extruded adhesive with a cotton yarn or dry cloth lightly dipped in a detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure according to adhesive performance and weather conditions. Extend curing time appropriately for winter construction.
