Pipe connection
★ Ensure precise pipe socket connections by meticulously following these essential steps:
1. Begin by thoroughly cleaning the pipe socket and fitting socket prior to bonding.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive, starting with the socket and then the socket; ensure uniform and adequate coating.
4. Align the direction carefully, insert into the marked area in one motion, and rotate a quarter turn.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket immediately.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the interface is fully cured.
★ Adhere to the following safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents only as needed, restricting access to trained operators.
2. Maintain good ventilation and ensure no open flames are present at the bonding site.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to heat adhesive points.
4. Equip construction personnel with gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, flush with water and seek medical attention promptly.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length layer by layer based on precise measurements and fitting dimensions. Choose tools like fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for precise cuts. Ensure a flat, deformation-free section. Prepare the socket area by filing a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file. The groove length should be at least 3mm, with thickness ranging from 1/3 to 1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Clear debris post-groove preparation.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, use cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a mild detergent like acetone to clean extruded adhesive. Allow static curing according to adhesive performance and climate conditions, extending curing time during winter.
