Pipe connection
★ Ensure pipe socket connections adhere to meticulous procedures:
1. Thoroughly clean both the pipe socket and fitting socket before proceeding with bonding.
2. Accurately measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe.
3. Apply adhesive evenly: begin with the socket and follow with the pipe, ensuring a uniform coating.
4. Align to the correct direction, insert the pipe fully into the marked area, and rotate it 1/4 turn for secure placement.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand undisturbed until the joint is fully cured.
★ Adhere to these safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously; only authorized personnel should handle them.
2. Ensure no open flames are present at the bonding site, and maintain adequate ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and refrain from using fire to heat the adhesive point.
4. Equip workers with gloves, and if adhesive contacts eyes, rinse immediately with ample water and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length per layer based on measured dimensions and the size of each connecting fitting. For precise cuts, choose a fine-tooth saw, cutter, or pipe cutting machine. Ensure the fracture is even and deformation-free. File the socket area into a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file, with a groove length no less than 3mm and a groove depth of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall thickness. Post-grooving, clear away all debris.
Socket protection:
Once the socket is connected, clean off the extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth dampened with acetone or similar detergent. Leave static until the joint fully cures, adjusting curing times in winter conditions as necessary.
