Pipe Connection
★ Primary Pipeline Connection Methods:
1. For dn≤63, utilize hot melt socket connection or electrofusion connection.
2. For dn≥75, opt for hot melt butt connection or electrofusion connection.
3. For connections with metal pipes and pipeline accessories, use flange connection or transition pipe connection.
★ Electrofusion Connection Process
1. Clean the pipe to be connected and mark the insertion depth.
2. Scrape the outer layer.
3. Insert the electrofusion fittings onto the pipe, ensuring it remains straight and aligned.
4. Electrically weld, observing for slight melt ejection from observation holes.
5. Allow cooling to complete the electrofusion process.
