Pipe connection
★ Ensure optimal pipe socket connections by following these detailed procedures:
1. Prior to bonding, thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket for optimal results.
2. Accurately measure and mark the socket depth on the pipe port to ensure precision.
3. Apply the adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and then the pipe fitting, to achieve a perfect bond.
4. Carefully align and insert into the marked area, completing with a 1/4 turn for secure placement.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured for optimal results.
★ Adhere to these guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Only authorized personnel should handle adhesives and cleaning agents.
2. Ensure good ventilation and avoid open flames at bonding sites to maintain safety.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and never use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Construction workers must wear gloves. In case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length based on precise measurements and the dimensions of each pipe fitting. Use fine tooth saws, cutters, and pipe cutting machines for accurate cutting. Ensure a smooth, even fracture without sectional deformation. Create a 15°-30° groove where required, ensuring it’s at least 3mm long, with thickness 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clean thoroughly after grooving.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean excess adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth dipped in mild detergents like acetone. Allow the connection to cure according to adhesive properties and weather conditions, extending time for winter construction.
