Pipe Connection
★ Follow these meticulous procedures for a secure pipe socket connection:
1. Thoroughly clean the pipe socket and fitting socket before application of adhesive.
2. Measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket followed by the pipe fitting socket.
4. Align and insert the pipe into the marking part in one motion, then rotate 1/4 turn.
5. Wipe away any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is fully cured.
★ Ensure safe use of adhesives by adhering to the following guidelines:
1. Adhesives and cleaning agents should be used as needed; non-operators must avoid using them.
2. Ensure there is no open flame at the bonding site and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC and do not use fire to dry the adhesive.
4. Construction personnel should wear gloves. In case of adhesive contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Determine the saw pipe length layer by layer based on measured dimensions of each connected pipe fitting. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for cutting. Ensure the cut is flat without deforming the section. File the socket part to be glued into a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file. The groove length should be at least 3mm, with a thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove any debris after grooving.
Socket Protection:
After socket connection, clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth dipped in a mild detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to cure according to the adhesive's performance and climatic conditions. Extend curing time during winter construction.
