Pipe connection
★ Ensure a secure pipe socket connection by adhering strictly to the following procedures:
1. Prior to bonding, clean both the pipe socket and the fitting socket meticulously.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and mark the pipe port accordingly.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket, followed by the pipe, ensuring an even and adequate coating.
4. Align correctly, insert firmly into the marked area in a single motion, and rotate 1/4 turn for a secure fit.
5. Remove any excess adhesive from the socket.
6. Let the bonded pipes stand until the interface is thoroughly cured.
★ Adhere to the following guidelines for the safe use of adhesives:
1. Use adhesives and cleaning agents judiciously; unauthorized personnel should not handle them.
2. Ensure there are no open flames at the bonding site and maintain good ventilation.
3. Avoid construction below -10ºC, and never attempt to dry adhesive points with fire.
4. Construction personnel must wear gloves. If adhesive contacts the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Determine the saw pipe length layer by layer based on actual measurements and dimensions of each connected fitting. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe-cutting machines. Ensure the cut is flat with no sectional deformation. File socket areas to a 15°-30° groove using a medium board file, with a groove length no less than 3mm and thickness 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clear debris post-groove.
Socket protection:
After socket connection, clean away any extruded adhesive using cotton yarn or a dry cloth with a touch of detergent like acetone. Allow to cure according to adhesive performance and weather conditions. Extend cure time appropriately in winter.
