Pipe connection
★ Begin by marking the socket depth at the pipe insertion end post-piping, ensuring precision during the connection process.
★ Clean thoroughly the connecting end faces of both pipes and fittings. Proceed to thread the pipe into the pipe joint cover for a secure fit.
★ Utilize a hot melt machine to heat the pipes and fittings intended for connection. Ensure the heating parameters align with the technical specifications of the hot melt machine for optimal results.
★ Once the heating time is reached, rapidly detach the pipe and fittings. Insert them in a straight line without rotation to the marked depth, creating a uniform flange at the joint.
★ After welding, place the pipe joint cover securely, ensuring a robust connection.
