Pipe Connection
★Achieve a secure pipe socket connection by strictly following these precise procedures:
1. Prior to bonding, ensure the pipe socket and fitting socket are thoroughly cleaned.
2. Accurately measure the socket depth and clearly mark the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive meticulously: first coat the socket, then the fitting, ensuring an even and appropriate layer throughout.
4. Align precisely before insertion, completing the process in one go and rotating a quarter turn for optimal adhesion.
5. Carefully remove any excess adhesive from the socket for a clean finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface has fully cured, securing a dependable connection.
★Ensure adhesive safety by adhering to the following essential guidelines:
1. Utilization of adhesives and cleaning agents should be strictly as needed, restricted to trained personnel only.
2. Maintain a flame-free environment at the bonding site with adequate ventilation for safety.
3. Avoid construction in temperatures below -10ºC, and never use fire to dry adhesive points.
4. Construction personnel must wear gloves. In case of accidental eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with ample water and seek medical attention promptly.
Installation Instructions
Saw Pipe and Groove:
Carefully determine the saw pipe length based on precise measurements and connected fitting dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe-cutting machines for clean, deformation-free cuts. Create a 15°-30° groove with a medium board file, ensuring a minimum groove length of 3mm and a groove thickness of 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Clear away debris post-grooving for a pristine finish.
Socket Protection:
After socket connection, clean extruded adhesive with cotton yarn or a dry cloth lightly moistened with a detergent like acetone. Allow the interface to remain static until fully cured, adjusting curing time based on adhesive performance and climate conditions, especially during winter construction.
