Pipe connection
★ Seamlessly connect pipes using the following meticulous steps:
1. Ensure the cleanliness of both the pipe socket and fitting socket before proceeding with bonding.
2. Accurately measure and mark the depth of the socket on the pipe port.
3. Apply adhesive evenly, starting with the socket and then the pipe, ensuring a uniform and appropriate coating.
4. Align and insert into the marked section, twisting 1/4 turn to secure.
5. Clean any excess adhesive from the socket, maintaining a tidy finish.
6. Allow the bonded pipe to stand until the interface is completely cured.
★ Follow these essential safety guidelines when using adhesives:
1. Only operators should utilize adhesives and cleaning agents by demand. Non-operators must refrain from use.
2. Ensure no open flames are present at bonding sites, and maintain excellent ventilation throughout.
3. Avoid construction work below -10ºC, and never heat adhesive points with an open flame.
4. Equip all personnel with gloves, and in case of eye contact with adhesive, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Installation instructions
Saw pipe and groove:
Accurately determine saw pipe lengths based on precise measurements and fitting dimensions. Use fine-tooth saws, cutters, or pipe cutting machines for clean cuts without section deformation. File the socket area into a 15°-30° groove, ensuring a groove length of at least 3mm with thickness between 1/3-1/2 of the pipe wall. Remove any debris post-groove work.
Socket protection:
Post-connection, meticulously clean any excess adhesive using cotton yarn or dry cloth, moistened with acetone or similar detergents. Allow the junction to cure adequately as per adhesive and climate conditions, extending curing time during winter construction if necessary.
